Though I work in IT, I am not a web developer. Gathering and recording the data and bringing the results into a somewhat consumable website was a major push and I apologise to the reader for results that are far from perfect. Yet I hope the report is easily accessible for anyone interested. The report was intended as a starting point and I was hopeful at the time that further refinement would soon become obsolete as underlying issues a brought to a resolution.
