Subject: Escalation - Request for update - Property damage in Enniskerry village caused by traffic - please help

Please visit https://myenniskerry.ie where the case is now documented for your assessment.

Hi,

You haven't supplied a response to my message from 21/09/21 which is disappointing.

I have now arrived at a situation that has forced me to to take the following actions:

I: I have sought preliminary legal advice and as such I understand that I may have legal action for nuisance and for personal injury. The cost of further related preceding's will be visited on the council, should I be forced down this route. Being a public servant myself, I consider it my responsibility as much as yours to be prudent with taxpayers money and as such I reserve legal options as a last resort should the matter at hand not see swift actioning going forward.

As a token of my preference and determination to work with you on resolution, but also to ensure that there can be no misunderstanding about the gravitas of the current situation - I am undertaking considerable additional effort on my behalf:

II: I am creating a public website for you at https://myenniskerry.ie - as well as for any party that may take interest in the case going forward. I suggest you open your web browser now to visit the site for an initial brief, and also return to it to digest the information contained in detail to inform your actions. I am awaiting your feedback as well as an update on your action plan. Having said that I also remain at your service for any related queries or suggestions you may have. The website is intended to become an anchor point to engage further stakeholders, should I not receive a satisfactory response from you by the time the site comes out of draft (which is scheduled to be at some stage within the next two weeks).

I understand that you may receive a lot of communication driven by disparate agendas and as such, I can imagine it to be a challenge to filter and prioritise the messages you receive. I have now gone over and above to ensure clarity that I am seeking nothing more from you, than for you to utilise the power invested in you, to protect us from further personal injury.

Please respond before I am forced to take further action.

Thank you very much for your efforts.

Kind regards,

Subject: Request for help: Escalation - Property damage Ennsikerry village

Dear [redacted],

As a resident of Enniskerry village I am reaching out to you, [redacted] and [redacted] today with a request for your support.

I have repeatedly reached out to Bray Municipal since 05/21, asking for help to prevent personal injury caused by the traffic situation at the crossing R117/Forge Road in Enniskerry. Please visit https://myenniskerry.ie for a report on the issue.

To date it seems like my correspondence has been mostly ignored whilst the situation continues to deteriorate.

In addition to the website I also provide you with a copy of my last correspondence to Bray Municipal below for your reference as needed.

Can I kindly ask for your help in expediting a solution?

In the meantime please do not hesitate to reach out to me for any related queries.

Thank you very much for your time, consideration and effort.

Best regards,
