A double-decker bus just killed our washing basin.
A double-decker bus passed by the house shortly before 4pm today. The quake induced by the bus hitting the ramp in front of the house was followed by a considerable bang from upstairs as my partner witnessed the washing basin giving in to the shock.

The results:
- the basin is now dislogged from the wall
- a major piece has broken of the basin's pedestal
What else has to happen for the road conditions in the village to be addressed?
