2 months on, the situation gets worse yet no further reaction from the District office. I write again:
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
More than two months have passed since I wrote to you (see below) with an urgent request to protect us and our residence at
[redacted]
from the risk of harm caused by the dire traffic situation at the crossing Main Street (R117) and Forge Road in Enniskerry.
The situation is deteriorating rapidly since filming has come to an end in the village, due to further increased impact from hgv and bus traffic:
Since I last wrote to you, the footpath opposite our residence has split and looks like it is about to subside. New cracks have not only formed inside the property, including top-to-bottom damage on main walls, cracks are starting to appear on the facade now as well. I made some new photos for you on 12/08/21 that I share with you for your consideration via the following link:

We are depending on you to prevent us from any personal or material damage as well as from losing residency as a result of these developments. Therefore I now need to ask you for your action without further delay, by either ...
... until appropriate long term measures have been identified and put in place to remedy the situation for good.
I kindly request your acknowledgement of receipt within 3 working days. I also request for an update on your related actions.
Please do not hesitate to contact me for any related queries via email or [redacted] - I am happy to assist on the matter where possible.
Thank you very much for your time and effort.
Best regards,
